I don’t know if it is just me, but I cannot work for people who operate under the illusion that they are “leaders” when in fact they are bullies.
It remains baffling that for some reason, CEO’s get off on hiring people that really have no inate skills other than empowerment.
Good leaders lead. They listen to smart people.
Bad leaders bully.
